A Brief Introcduction to the HEB122

Teaching Building

　HEB122 is a key secondary specialized school of state level.It was established in 1987.The precursor of the center is No.2 Thchnical School In1991,the city government made it as a base and conbined Hygiene School, Technical & Indcestrial school and some other secondary vocational school to found the ceutre. For more than 10 years` development, it has been an opening and intergrating education center.

　The center covers an area of 420 thousand square metres, including 61thousand square metres of building area with Computer Room, Audio-visual Educatiou Room, Language labs, Satellite Television Receiving System, Eleetronic Reading Room and laboratory for general knowledge courses and specialized courses.

　　As present there are 323teaching and administrative staff and 3629 students with several parts of education for record of formal schooling, including higher vocational education, secondary vocational education, elementary vocational education and “3+2”five-year college.

　　Many public figures have ever been here For inspection and giving advice, such as state leaders:Mr.Li Tieying, Mr.WangRenzhong,Mr. LiuLantao and Mr.Sun Qimeng; the major leading cadres from the state lommission of Education:Mr.He Dongchang,Mr.LiuBin and Mr.Wang Mingda and some officials From the Educational Soientific and Cultrual Organization of U.N.

　　Also the cewtre has been reported by press circles such as the People`s Daily, China Education, The Farmer`s Daily, and state level and provinceal level such as National Advanced Unit for Comprehensive and Technical Education and National Advanced Unit for Comprehensive Reform of Rural Education etc. In 2002,was chosen as key vocational high school of state level and it has been named as provincial Civilized Unit six times for successive twelve years.

Party B’s work and treatment in The HEB122, Hebei Province:
1.Party B’s duty: Responsibility for teaching oral English and extracurricular activities in Junior and Senior school and training English teacher’s oral English in the school. 24 lesson periods per week.
2.Party A offer housing, 24-hour cold and hot water, electricity, heater, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, air-conditioner, cookers, furniture, personal kitchen and other things for living for free. Providing person local distance telephone and Internet equipments. Party A gives Party B 100 RMB for telephone fee and 20 RMB for internet fee ,Party B has to pay the extra fee . 3. During the period of teaching here, Party A help Part B with residence permit.
4.Before the end of school term, Party A offer 1,000 RMB to Party B for travel.
5.Party B enjoy the treatment in the school clinic for free. If Party B suffer serious diseases and need to go to hospital, Party B pay for it.
6.Party B can enjoy Chinese legal holidays for civil servants, besides one day for Christmas.
7.During the vacation , Party B must obey Chinese laws and all the Party B’s behaviors are personal and is irrelevant to the school. The school will not undertake the responsibility which is caused by Party B.
8.All unsatisfactory affairs will be revised after the consultation between Party A and Party B.
9.PartyB can only get 1000 RMB from Party A during winter vacation .
10、Party A offers double plane tickets to Party B by the end of the contract .
