: class period in kindergarten curriculum most is every day in the morning, the courses of training center at the weekend and evening more, night class time for 5.30 - 7;10
Specific class time according to the schedule will decide, but most are like that.
two days off for each week (cannot guarantee is weekend). teaching hour is 20 for a week, exceed a share by hour.

The contract date between Party A and Party B is: From March 1, 2011 to Feb.28, 2012.
The Trial Period in teaching is one Month after Party B arrives at Party A’s school. And the salary is: a. Party B (with teaching experience over two years. Experienced teacher for short below) can get RMB 4500 for the first month. b. Party B(No teaching experience. Like current graduate or future graduate soon. Non-experienced teacher for short below) can get RMB 3000 for the first month. Party B needs to have 20 hours teaching every week(pure teaching hours). Party A can offer a free apartment but partyB needs to pay the fee in water, electricty and gas and internet fee .Party B can be a official teacher after one month’s trial period and through Party A’s check.
Note: The demands in teaching for the foreign teachers in the trial period is the same with the official teachers though check by Party A. (see the following contract detailed) .
The Official contract between both parties is as the followings:
Resposibalities between both parties:
1. Party A offers Party B of the official teacher (Non-experienced teacher) the salary RMB 3000 every month. Party A offers Party B of the official teacher(experienced teacher) the salary RMB 5500 for the first six months and RMB 6000 for the rest six months.
2. Party B needs to have 20 hours teaching(pure teaching hour) and five days work every week. And 8 work hours every day. Party A has the duty to inform Party B about changing classes, cancelling classes and some school activities in advance.
3. Party B can get the salary on 15th every month according to the group’s rules. Party B needs to pay the tax according Chinese tax law if Party B’s salary is over RMB4800 every month. Party B will get the salary on the next Monday if the day (15th every month)which Party B should get the salary is weekend.
4. Party A pays Party B RMB60 an hour for Party B’s over teaching hours if Party B is agree to have extra teaching.
5. Party A offers Party B textbooks. Party B needs to prepare and have every class well and offer teaching plan for every class. Party B is not allowed to be late in every class. Party A will deduct Party B’s half day’s salary if Party B is late over twice(including twice) in one term. Party A will decuct Party B’s twice salary of the day which Party B is absence no reason one time and deduct RMB 1000 from Party B’s completed bonus. Party B needs to inform Party A in a week in advance about Party B’s leave of absence. And Party B needs to inform Party A in a day in advance about Party b’s sick leave.
6. Lessons that are cancelled or delayed because of Party B’s personal business should be made up. Such make up lessons will be arranged by Party A. Party A will pay for Party B the amount of money (not to exceed any amount greater than the per class payment of each class delayed or canceled) that deducted from the latter’s salary after the lessons made up.
7. Party B has obligation to help Party A introduce excellent foreign textbooks, to enjoy teaching research with Chinese teachers, to support school’s all kinds of activities concerning teaching e.g. English Corner, getting the student and presentation etc.
8. Party A offers Party B a free apartment but party B needs to pay the fee in water, electricty and gas and internet.
9. Party A can make Visa Z and concerned stuffs for qualified Party B can work in Harbin legally. But Party B needs to pay the fee by Party B. The fee is RMB1500.
10. If serious teaching problems will be found during teaching time (for instance: students dissatisfy with Party B’s teaching strongly or have a bad cooperation with Chinese teacher and so on.) Party A will warn Party B to improve teaching method and provide positive guidance. If there is no change on Party B after two times warning having been given, according to¡¶Regulation of foreign teacher management¡·from province department of education, Party A will deduct Party B’ s part salary by the amount of the class having the problem only, or terminate the contract with Party B. And Party A will cancel all the welfare provided by Party A.
11. Party A offers Party B the bus fee between Party B’s apartment and schools which Party B has classes(Not including the condition which walking to the school from the apartment within 20 minutes).
12. Party A offers Party B RMB5000 completed bonus for the whole year.(Party B can get it at the end of the contract). Party A will deduct all completed bonus if Party B stops the contract in the half of the contract because of Party B’s reason. Party A will stop the contract after talking with Party B and deduct some salary and completed bonus according to party B’s teaching accident on the condition that Party B has very serious teaching accident or Party B still can’t correct teaching problems warmed several times by Party A.
13. Party A offers Party B two hours’ Chinese classes free every week. And Party A allows Party B to listen to more Chinese classes at the place assigned by Party B on the condition of Party B has no any teaching task and no delaying the normal job.
14. Party B must obey Chinese law and the rules and regulations from the group.
15. Party B needs cooperate with Chinese teachers well at the school which Party B has classes.
16.Party B is not allowed to have classes in other places without party A’s permission.Otherwise party B needs to undertake three months’ salary for the fine of breaking the contract,and we’ll terminate the contract immediately.Party A has the right to call off all the legal certificates of party B to reside or work in China. And set a time to limited party B to leave the country.
Both parties must obey this contract.

Demand for Foreign teachers
I. Party B should be from the countries which English is native language.
II. Party B’ age is between 24 and 55. Good health, open character, fond teaching and good commuciation.
III. Bachelor deploma or over bachelor deploma. The person can be considered priorly if Party B had teaching experience at the univesity.
IV. No bad hobbies. No criminal records(refusing drug addict and homosexual).
V. Good adaptablity, good sense of resposibility and be qualified in different students from different age.
VI. The person who is insterested in Chinese culture, history and language.
