PYP Teachers (2-3 required in September 2013)
We also require teachers experienced with the PYP curriculum, i.e. they have worked as a homeroom teacher in a school running the PYP programme. The basic qualification is the same as qualified teachers but with PYP experience. Note that some teachers try to claim they are but are not experienced at all. PYP teachers also have different grades.
Basically, the salaries would be over and above the corresponding qualified teacher grade.
Less than 2 years in a PYP programme: 3000 RMB above normal salary, i.e. Grade 2 to 4: RMB 18,000 to 28,000
2-4 years in a PYP programme: 7000 RMB above normal salary i.e. grade 2 to 4 RMB 23,000 to 32,000
Over 4 yrs in a PYP programme: 10000 RMB above normal salary, i.e. grades 3/4 RMB 28,000 to 35,000
