There is a high school in SIE, SD215 University. The high school students are about 17 years old, and they study in SIE, SD215 University for a year and then they will go to the USA for their university study. The school locates in the inner city of Jinan, capital city of Shandong Province. The students are all lovely and friendly. Each class has 20-30 students.

聘请双方本着友好合作精神，自愿签订本合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务。
The two parties agree to sign this contract willingly and pledge to fulfill all the obligations stipulated in it. Party A recommends Party B to teach English as a foreign teacher in Party A’s schools. As for the teaching affairs, the two parties reach the following agreements after negotiations:
一、合同期自 2011年9月1日 起至 2012年6月30日 止。（法定节假日及寒暑假除外）
Contract time: from Sep. 1st, 2011 to June.30th,.2012 .(except Legal Holidays, Summer and Winter Vacation)
二、甲乙双方合作内容：
Cooperation contents:
甲方聘请乙方为教师进行英文授课。
Party B will be employed by Party A as a teacher to teach English classes.
三、 乙方工作时间
The work time of party B
1、根据学校的作息时间表，一般每周工作日为5天（节假日除外），如遇节假日学校调换课程时间则按学校要求安排授课。
According to school’s teaching schedule, the teacher usually works 5 days a week(except holidays).If the school changes the working time in holidays, teacher should teach according to school’s arrangement.
2、遇甲方在合作学校有特殊活动时，乙方应该参加，如庆祝日、教研活动及一些重要的英语活动等，甲方对此给予乙方一定的交通补助，但不再支付其他费用。
If party A has some special activities in cooperation school, party B should attend ,for example, Days of celebration, teaching research activities and some important English activities, party A will give party B some transport fees for these, but no extra payment.
四、授课地点
Teaching address
甲方根据乙方的实际情况，为乙方安排的课程在主城区内，如有其他变化，双方协商解决。
According to the practical situation of party B, party A will arrange the course for party B in main urban area. If there are some changes, the two parties should negotiate to solve.
五、课时安排
Class arrangement
一般每周课时为 20 课时亲自面授学生课（一课时的时间长短合作单位的课程表为准）。遇特殊情况，如学校课程调整等情况双方协商解决。
Usually, 20 face-to-face classes for a week (the time of each class according to school schedule). Under special circumstances, for example, school’s schedule is adjusted, the two parties should negotiate to solve.
六、薪酬标准
Salary criterion
1、双方协商达成一致，在合同有效期内甲方支付乙方月工资
5,000RMB。支付日期为次月15号。乙方同意合作一年的前提下，在寒暑假期间，甲方向乙方只提供每个月1000RMB的生活补贴。除此之外，乙方教学一学期（4个月）后，甲方向乙方提供2,000RMB的机票补贴。
The two parties agree with each other, Party A will pay Party B within the duration of the contract. Party B’s monthly salary is 5，000 ( in words five thousand ) RMB. The pay day is 15th of the next month. Party B can get 1000RMB a month as the living subsidy in the winter or summer vacation within one whole year co-operation, and no salary paid. In addition, Party B can get 2,000RMB after a term (4 months) as the airfare allowance.
2、甲方向乙方提供免费住房，房间内需要配置床、简易厨具、浴室、空调、计算机等。
Party A will provide the accommodations for free and also provide beds, simple cooker, bathroom, air-conditioner, computer etc.
3、双方协商达成一致，甲方不负责乙方寒、暑假的工作和生活，即甲方不支付工资给乙方，乙方可自行安排假期生活。但是甲方若为乙方安排了课程，乙方应首先满足甲方的要求，甲方按实际课时付费给乙方。
The two parties agree with each other, at summer and winter vacation, party A will not pay party B, party B has free time. But if party A arranges classes for party B, Party B should meet the requirements of Party A , and Party A will pay Party B according to the actual hours .
4、甲方向乙方提供工作签证。乙方向甲方提供语言授课证书，如Tesl证书，以供甲方办理乙方所需签证。
Party A will supply Working visa. Party B shall provide language teaching certificate, such as Tesol, for helping Party A apply for the required visa.
七、其他事项
Other things
1、乙方在合作期间的健康及医疗由乙方自行解决。
The medical health and illness should be solved by Party B.
2、病假及事假：
Sick leave and private affair leave
（1）如果乙方因患病并经医院证明确不能工作，可以向甲方提出请假，乙方在病假期间无工资。如果乙方连续10天请病假，甲方可中止与受聘方的合同。
If party B is sick and has a valid medical certificate, party B can apply for a leave, but no salary paid in the leaving days. If party B applies for a 10 continuous days leave, party A can terminate the contract.
（2）如果乙方在工作时间内需请事假，须得到甲方的批准；如果乙方未向甲方提出请假，而旷工不上课，甲方有权在其旷工期间按双倍罚扣其工资
If party B applies for a leave in work time because of private affairs, it must be confirmed by party A. If party B is absent from class and does not offer a leave note, party A has right to deduct the double salary of leaving days.
以上情况给合作学校造成损失的，乙方应积极给予弥补。
If all situations above make a loss to the cooperation school, party B should make it up.
八、机密
secret
1、未经允许，双方均不可将工资数额及合同内容透露给第三方。
The two parties can not tell others about salary and contracts.
2、未经甲方允许，乙方不可将授课学校情况透露给第三方。
Party B can not tell others about school situation.
九、合同的变更、解除和终止
Contract changes, dissolution and termination
本合同自双方开始合作之日起生效，合同期满即自行终止。如一方需要解除合同，需提前20天通知另一方，否则视为违约。合同期满后，甲、乙双方聘用关系解除，乙方在华的一切事务自理。
This contract takes effect on the date when signed by both parties and will automatically expire when the contract ends. If one party wants to terminate, should tell the other party before 20 days, otherwise, it means breach of contract. When contract is expired, two parties do not have employment relationship.
