1. Canadian/ American/ Australian / New Zealand local born only (native born, native English speakers)
2. TESL/TESOL/TEFL certification
3. Bachelor's Degree (English major preferred but not necessary)
4. At least 2 years teaching experience
5. 55 year old or younger

more than RMB 11,000 per month with the following breakdown:
RMB 7600 per month
RMB 3250 (CAD $500 per month allowance)
RMB 1300 (CAD $200 per month housing allowance if he chooses to live off-campus)
so total is RMB 12,150 per month
We also have a contract completion bonus of Canadian $3000 at the end of his contract
and RMB 2,200 for in-country travel bonus given during the Spring Festival. We provide
for round trip airfare to China and back to their home country, as well.
Overall, this package is quite generous. Please present this to your prospective applicants.
