一、聘请条件/Employment requirements

具有本科及以上学历Bachelor (or above)degree holder

Majoring in languages,education,economics or management

具备对外语言教学资质证明以及教师资格者优先考虑
Prior consideration will be given to those who have TESL qualification and teaching certificate.
注:1、TESL或教师资格证的颁发机构必须是自己母国的官方有效机构,对于在第三国家获得的相关证书或是培训证我校不予以考虑;
YNNUBS only accept the TESL certificate and Teacher Certificate of High Education that is issued by the foreign teacher’s motherland’s educational authority or agency,and YNNUBS does not take the certificates that are issued by the third country into account.
2、经我国驻当地中国大使馆公证/认证的资质证书须报学院学术委员会审核评估。
If the certificates have been notarized by local Chinese Embassy or consulate,its validity needs to be concerned to evaluate and audit by the Academic Council of YNNUBS.
二、工资待遇/Wages and benefits
1. 基本工资 Basic Wage
(1)学士学位起薪点 3500元
For bachelor degree holders RMB 3500 yuan
每周14节课,每月至少组织1次英语(泰语、韩语)角课外活动。若产生计划课时以外的课堂教学,则按照70元/节支付超课时费。
We require staff on this position to fulfill 14 teaching hours and 1 time extracurricular activities of English(Thai or Korean) Corner per month at least. Any teaching hours on contract beyond 14 hours each week will be paid 70 RMB per teaching hour as the over-time teaching salary.
(2)硕士(及以上)学位起薪点 4000元人民币
For master (and above) degree holders RMB 4000 yuan
每周12节课,每月至少组织1次英语(泰语、韩语)角课外活动。若产生计划课时以外的课堂教学,则按照70元/节支付超课时费。
We require staff on this position to fulfill 12 teaching hours and 1 time extracurricular activities of English(Thai or Korean)Corner per month at least. Any teaching hours on contract beyond 12 hours each week will be paid 70 RMB per teaching hour as the over-time teaching salary.

2. 获奖Award
在聘期间,若该外教荣获我国省(部)级以上奖项者,自获奖当月
起住房补助从1200 元/月调整至1500 元/月。
If the teacher have the Chinese provincial level award to get or win the
awards above Provincial (ministerial),the teacher’s housing subsidies will
increase from RMB 1200 yuan per month to RMB 1500 yuan per month
since the winning month.
3. 工资涨幅Wage Increase
每完成一年,在双方都满意以及愿意续签合同的情况下,续聘外籍
教师每月基本工资增加200 元人民币。
On condition of both sides' satisfaction and willingness to renew the
contract at the end of one school year,the foreign teacher will get a basic
monthly salary increase of 200 yuan from the new school year when the
new contract has been signed.
4. 住宿Accommodation
(1)住房补助 1200 元/月
Housing Subsidies RMB 1200 per month
我校为选择校外居住的外教提供每月1200 元的住房补助,用以支付如
房租、水电、通讯、网络以及区物业管理费等日常生活基本花费。超出
部分自理。
The teacher who chooses to live off campus will be provided RMB 1200
per month to pay for housing subsidies,water,electricity,broadband,
local telephone bill,property management,parking fee,etc. Overspend
fees are on their own.
(2)校园宾馆/On-campus hotel
我校为选择居住在校园内的外籍教师提供校园宾馆—聚文苑六楼33m2
房间一套,配套家具、电视、冰箱等生活基本设施,日常水电及不包括
长途话费在内的市内电话座机费均由校方支付(校方不再额外发放住房
补助)。日常饮水、网络服务等费用自理。
The teacher who chooses to live in on-campus hotel will be provided with
a room,which is 33 square meters with basic living facilities in Juwen
Building ,YNNUBS. The university will monthly pay for the water,
electricity,and local telephone bill(No housing subsidies will be given to
foreign teachers). Broadband,drinking water,and long-distance phone
bill should be paid by the teacher themselves.
5. 假期工资Vacations Pay
寒(暑)假期间,新聘外教的工资为月薪的70%。
The teacher who newly engages in YNNUBS,school just will pay 70% of
the monthly pay during summer and winter vacation the first year.

6. 年度奖金Annual bonus
每年六月发放年度奖金,金额为2200元人民币(具体评估以及发放标准请详见合同)。
The annual bonus will be paid at the end of June,for the amount of RMB 2200 yuan(the evaluation system and payment standard please see the contract).
7. 春节慰问金Spring Festival Bonus
春节慰问金享受我校统一标准,金额为1200元人民币。
The spring festival bonus will be according to standards of YNNUBS, RMB 1200 yuan.
8.年度交通补助Yearly transportation subsidies
(每年六月前支付)(To be paid before June annually)
(1)欧美国家外教 8000元人民币
For Europeans or Americans RMB 8000 yuan
(2)亚洲国家外教 4000元人民币
For Asians RMB 4000 yuan
9. 基本保障Basic guarantee
包括年度体检、居留签证延期以及健康保险(家庭成员费用自理)。
Annual checkup,the fee of resident visa extension and the cost of basic health insurance are included,not that of your family members’.
10. 备注Notes
(1)境外(包括香港、澳门及台湾地区)产生的如签证、交通、联络以及体检等费用由外专本人承担;入境后的保险、体检、证照、居留许可等费用由所在院校承担,随行家属费用外专自理。
Expenses outside mainland of China(including Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions)on visa,transportation,connection and checkup shall be paid by foreign teachers themselves while expenses after entry on insurance,checkup,passport and resident permit will be paid by the university. Family members coming as companion will have to pay for themselves.
(2)外教须遵守中华人民共和国的相关政策、法律法规以及所在院校的各项管理规章制度。
The foreign teachers shall abide by relevant policies,laws and regulations in the People's Republic of China as well as the university management rules and regulations.
(3)外教不得在教师和学生中传教和进行政治性活动。
The foreign teachers shall not preach their religion and proceed political activities among teachers and students. 3

三、外教相关管理机构/Relative Administrations
国际合作与交流处主要负责外教的聘用管理及服务帮助,教学院系负责外教的教学工作安排和教学质量监管(更多细节请见合同附件)。
The International Cooperation and Exchange Office is in charge of employing the foreign teachers and offering help concerning their daily life while the teaching faculties are in charge of foreign teachers’ teaching affairs(See more details on the appendix).
四、出入境管理/Exit-Entry Administration
1. 抵达24小时内须向外事部门报备,护照登记并上报当地公安局出入境管理部门。
Report to the Foreign Affairs Office within 24 hours on arrival,register your passport at the local Exit-entry Administration Department of the Public Security Bureau.

签证到期前30个工作日,遵照外事部门的要求按时体检、上交续签材料以及办理签证延期。
30 workdays before your visa expires,please go to the physical examination on time,hand in renewed materials and extend your visa as told by the Foreign Affairs Office.
