1 Party A wishes to engage the service of Party B ___ or (Chinese name)__________________ of Nationality _______________
as _______ . The two Parties, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to fulfill conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.
This contract is an employ contract that has regular time limit. The period of service will be from the of , 20 to the of , 20 .
1. Post responsibility
(1) Party B agrees to follow the needs of Party A and work as a teacher, do his/her duty, and finish the task.
(2) Party B has to abide by the work time table and the school time table.
(3) Party B mustn’t arrive late, leave early or be absent without good reasons. If above things happen, Party B has to accept the fine according to the school stipulations.
(4) Party B has to be on duty in the office to prepare lessons, assess students work if he/she hasn’t class.
(5)Party B has to ask for leave to Dean’s office and foreign affair office if he/she has special reason.
(6) Party B has to tell his/her destination to school during his/her holidays.
(7) Party B has to accept the teaching plan checks and teaching supervision that conducted by Dean’s office and teaching and research group.
(8) Party B mustn’t comment the problems of politics, religious beliefs in class.
(9)Party A has the right to terminate the contract if Party B does not follow above articles if Party B still not to correct after school’s remind and warning.
2. Salary
(1) Party B teaches 18 periods (50 minutes for each period) a week. The full class- hour salary is 3500RMB each month.
(2) The work exceeded the stipulation in the contract would be paid 20-30RMB per class (evaluated by teaching effect).
(3) Party A should provide round air-ticket once during Party B working time. But the round air tickets should be under 5000RMB.
3. Facilities for daily use
(1) Party A provides a suit of room with 50 square kilometers, including television, telephone (payment in advance), bed, sofa, computer, refrigerator, electricity, hot water and gas Etc.).
（2）Party B has right to use these facilities only and has the obligation to keep these facilities from damage.
4. Party A will process and pay for the work visa for the Party B. Party B should provide his/her passport ,diploma and other relevant script credentials to Party A.
5. Sick leave and other leave
(1) If Party B has been sick, he/she could ask for sick leave, if he/she get the attestation of hospital. And he/she can receive RMB 30 Yuan for the sick leave allowance each day and no other salary during the period of his/her sick leave. If the Party B has been sick continuously for 15 days, Party A has right to terminate the contract.
(2) If Party B has to ask for personal leave during work time, he/she must obtain the permission from school and the days of personal leave should not surpass seven days, otherwise Party A has the right to terminate the contract and ask for the losses. Party A could fine Party B double of his daily salary during his/her leave.
(3) Party B mustn’t be absent from work without good reason, or Party A shall has the right to deduct his/her salary for 3 days. If Party A has been neglecting the work for a continuous three days, Party A shall have the right to fire him/her and Party B should compensate the service charge.
6. Party B should pay the health checkup charge himself/herself if he/she suffers from infectious disease or other major disease that effect the engagement when Party B receive the health check that is necessary for engagement formalities.
