This College is a state-run province-managed full-time college，already approved by the people’s government of Shandong Province and registered in the Ministry of Education of China.
The college, which was founded in 1978, is located in the World Kite Capital----Weifang City, covering an area of over 133.3 hectares, the total floorage of school-buildings being 220,700 square meters. There are 3 campuses of This College among which the new campus under construction with beautiful and peaceful environment and perfect facilities can offer the students a much better place for their study.
There are altogether 40 majors under 5 departments and 7 schools, more than 400 teachers in specialized fields and more than 11,000 students now in This College. The departments are Information Department, Civil Engineering Department, Chemical Engineering Department, Fashion and Art Department, Aquiculture Department. The schools are School of Textile Engineering, School of Electromechanical Engineering, School of Foreign Languages, School of Management, School of International Exchange and Cooperation, School of Training and School of Further Education.
