: Responsibilities
1The Employee should teach 16 hours per week.
2The Employee shall maintain professional standards in behavior and dress, as defined by the Employer.
3Without the Employer’s consent , the Employee shall not render service at other schools , colleges or training centers . Breach of this instruction will result in the punishment of 500yuan RMB for each breach
4.The Employee will be deducted 200RMB from his/her salary for every period he/she fails to teach without the permission of the Employer.
: Indirect payment
1. The Employer shall provide the Employee with necessary living conditions during the Employee’s stay at the This University .The Employer shall offer the Employee an air-conditioned , furnished apartment on campus in which there are such facilities as color TV., refrigerator ,washing machine, water heater, electric fan, soft bed ,desk, chair.
2. The Employer provides the Employee with free electricity and water.
3. The Employer shall pay the Employee 8000 RMB as international travel allowance after the Employee fulfills his or her one-year obligation at the This University .The Employer shall pay the Employee 1100 RMB as holiday allowance at the end of each term.
4. The Employer shall pay the expenses of handing the Medical Insurance , the Foreign Expert Certificate, Residence Permit and Health Examination for the Employee. If the Employee breaches the contract , these costs will be deducted from his/her last month’s salary.
: Working hours and vacation time
1.The Employee shall work five days a week.
2.The Employee shall paid during the following periods :The international NewYear(January 1st:1day),International Labor Day(May 1st-3rd : 3days) ,Chinese National holidays(October 1st-3rd : 3days),Christmas Day(December 24th –25th : 2days).
3. The Employee under one academic year contract is entitled to a paid (winter or summer) vacation.
Note: All responsibilities shall be borne by the Employee if the Employee has an accident during a vacation or holiday.
: Sick leave and private affairs leave
1 . Certificate from doctors for foreigners appointed by the Employer should be presented when the Employee asks for sick leave.
2 . Private affairs leave of the Employee shall be approved by the Employer. In case of absence from work without the Employer's permission, 3 days' salary will be deducted for each day absent. For serious circumstances, the Employer has the right to terminate the contract and investigate the liability of the Employee for violation of the contract.
:On quiting the job in advance
If the Employee, with the Employer’s agreement, quits his/her job ahead of time for the special reasons in the period of the contract, accordingly, the salary offer will end since then.
Papers transaction
1 . The Employer will apply to the government of the People’s Republic of China for the necessary Foreign Expert Certificate and Residence Permit to enable the Employee to legally carry out his/her duties. After getting the above credentials, the Foreign Expert Certificate can either be kept by the Employer or by the Employee himself/herself. If the Foreign Expert Certificate is kept by the Employee himself/herself, he/she shall return it to the Employer before his/her resignation.
2 . The Employee bears full responsibility for providing all the necessary paperwork and documentation for the Permit of Visiting China, Foreign Expert Certificate and Residence Permit application process.
The following documents must be submitted to the Employer in charge of applications within ten days of signing a contract.
A. Copies of valid Passport and Visa
B. An up to date resume
C. An original of any diplomas of certificated related to the application processsuch as degree diploma ,TESOL certificate
D. Recorder of Physical Examination recently (within one year )
E. 2 recommendation letters from professors of the native country
F. An application letter
G. If the Employee has been engaged in employment in China , a stamped recommendation letter from the previous employer.
H. Six 4×2 size photographs
3 . If the government of the People’s Republic of China does not approve the issuance of the Foreign Expert Certificate and/or Residence Permit for the Employee, this agreement will automatically terminate and neither party will have any further obligations to the other under this agreement.
Change of every term of the appendix of the standard contract must be stipulated in written form through negotiation between the two parties. Any oral agreement will be regarded as invalid.
The appendix of this contract is an inseparable part of contract and has equal effect.

Recruitment for Full-time Overseas Teachers
We are looking for 4 full-time overseas teachers to teach in Sanya, Hainan Province.
The details are as follows:
I. Requirements on foreign teacher/ expert
Gender: unspecified
Education background: native English speakers with bachelor degree or above and with rich professional experience; education, linguistics, literature, art or relevant majors;
Nationality: USA, UK and Canada are preferred
Age limit: Unspecified
Starting time: September
University information: 10000 students and 700 teachers; students’ English levels (intermediate)
Teaching courses: Oral English and listening with fixed textbooks
II. Conditions for the employment of a foreign teacher
classes/week, 50minutes/class
4800 RMB/month for bachelor; 5000RMB/month for master
After the teacher’s arrival, the employment contract will be offered. The contract period is two semesters.
III. During holidays and National Vacations
1. Paid holiday: also paid
2. Indirect Payment:
50-square-meter apartment provided with complete facilities (color TV, refrigerator, washing machine; air conditioner, microwave oven, telephone)for single person;
The school will pay the fees for water, gas and electricity;
Safety and medical insurance by the local government;
A round-trip flight ticket (RMB 9,100 yuan) if serving in the school for two semesters;
On the completion of the contract, the school will reimburse the airfare. The school will organize a friendly Bank Account;
