Additional Agreement
about Engaging Foreign Teachers to Karamay
Party A：This School.
Party B：
Ⅰ. Party A wishes to engage the service of Party B as a foreign teacher in No.3 Middle School & Foreign Language Experimental School of Kara may. The two parties agree to sign this agreement to pledge to fulfill conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.
Ⅱ. The duties of Party B
1.Party B shall take on the teaching assignment，18 classes per week. He shall conduct teacher’s training at least one class each week, Elective course one class each week to make the total of 20 classes each week.
2. Party B should participate in the school English educational research group or prepares a lesson the group to move, as well as the teaching topic research and undertakes students English second classroom activity planning together with the school, the organization and the development
3.Party B should promptly participate in or inside and outside the organization school English activities, like English corner, English Sharon, oral English contest, English modern drama, campus play activities and so on
4. Party B the teaching live agent acts according to the school specific teaching material development, achieves prepares a lesson and to have ahead of time to have simply teaches the document, simultaneously accepts the school leader either the school administration office inspection and the surveillance (not ahead of time or not teaches the document to attend class, after finds out, deducts the partial class hours expense, converts into the RMB 20 Yuan).
5. Foreign teachers’ the correct manners discipline measuring appliance should conform to the teacher status and the teacher professional characteristic, achieves: Solemn, neat, natural, does not have the outlandish clothes.
6. Foreign teachers should accept the school result inspection and the students’ questionnaire survey in the end of the semester
III Party A 's duty:
1. For Party B introduce the work routine of school, manages stipulates as well as the State laws and regulations.
2. Handles the expert for Party B to prove and the work visa .
3. Each month of subsidy Party B room spends 600 Yuan, the meal expense 500 Yuan, the transportation spends 600 Yuan (according to working day each month of 22 days’ computations) the communication to spend (spends 300 Yuan including computer network expense and handset speech), accumulates 2,000 Yuan.
4. If signs a year contract, Party A should pay foreign teacher not to surpass 5,000 Yuan (foreign teacher to be supposed presently to provide related bills to carry on reimburses); Or the disposable domestic subsidy does not surpass 5,000Yuan (to contain: The ticket or the plane ticket, the lodgings receipt, the foreign teacher first provides the bill, then carries on reimburses.) And the school offers the foreign teachers first domestic traffic expenses from their districts to Karamay.
IV Party B duty:
1. Provides handles the correlation credential to Party A the real effective material, for example: individual synopsis, diploma, teaching certification, passport as well as valid identity documents and so on.
2. observes the State laws and regulations, the school rules and regulations and the related rules.
3. Without the school agreement, does not have to hold a concurrent post other services which has nothing to do with the school, like in outside other organization concurrent jobs or personal family education and so on.
V. Because Party A works the adjustment to create Party B not to complete the class hour task, Party B does not undertake the responsibility; Because Party B the reason (asks for leave, is late, is absent from work without an excuse and so on), affects the school normal teaching, Party A should defer to the school to stipulate deducts Party B the corresponding class hour expense. (Sick leave, deducts the class hour expense 10 Yuan, a leave deduction class hour expense 15Yuan, is late time of deduction class hour expense 10 Yuan, is absent from work without an excuse deduction class hour expense 30 Yuan).
VI . About other items:
One. Lodgings request:
1. The guest house facility is by the school unified agreement, does not have secretly to replace or the abandonment, creates the damage by the artificial reason, and should pay for the compensation. If must increase the facility, should first hand in the application to the school, does not have secretly to handle affairs.

Two---Medical insurance and accident injury:
The School provides 600 Yuan to purchase the medical insurance and accident injury. If the expenses exceeds, the teacher should bear all the additional expenses.
VII. On the payment of wages:
1. Date of the release of foreign instructors wage workers and their consistent, not arbitrary in arrears.
2. As the summer holiday break in school, the foreign instructors do not enjoy the wages. The English summer camp or the other activities will be organized by both school and foreign teachers;
VIII .About welfare and reward measure:
1. Foreign teaches to enjoy meets in the school teaching and administrative staff's same level welfare generation.
2. Foreign teaches our country the special holiday as well as the birthday, the school should give the salute.
3. T he technology performance teaches which regarding outside, the school gives the inspection, and formulation reward measure:
As follows:
1. Alone plans and undertakes English spoken language big game duty, and result prominent, gives 200 to 500 Yuan rewards.
2. Undertakes the topic research and to have the honor to receive the great honor, gives 500 Yuan rewards.
